You can go solo, or choose to share the load by teaming up with friends, family or colleagues to complete any of the events.  Either way, it’s fun with as much challenge as you want!  The trail is wide, all off road, and it’s gentle gradient makes participating perfect for school or sporting groups, corporate teams or newbies to the multi-sport scene.

Following a former railway line, the course traverses stunning Central Otago Landscapes, over bridges, through tunnels, across wide open spaces of the Ida Valley and the Maniototo Plains.  The historic villages’ enroute offer a range of great refreshments and accommodation for refuelling for participants and crew!
